Services and estimates
Service availability, scope, timing, pricing, product availability, and project results vary. An inquiry, walkthrough, or website message does not create a client relationship. Final services, payment terms, cancellations, responsibilities, and deliverables are controlled by the signed proposal or agreement for that project.
Portfolio and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s writing, visual design, branding, and curated presentation belong to Fig & Fern Home Staging & Design or are used with permission. Do not copy, publish, sell, or commercially reuse them without written permission. Property photographs and third-party products may remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
