Privacy
Privacy policy
This policy explains how Fig & Fern handles information when you visit this website, contact the studio, or follow a third-party shopping or social link.
Effective July 19, 2026
Information you choose to provide
If you email, call, or use a configured inquiry or scheduling service, we receive the contact and project information you provide. A third-party form, scheduling, email, or customer-management provider may also process that information under its own privacy terms.
Optional website analytics
When Google Analytics is configured, it remains off until you accept optional analytics. If accepted, the site may collect general usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, referring source, and interactions with services, portfolio, contact, social, or affiliate links. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and project notes should never be sent to analytics.
Affiliate and external destinations
Some links lead to affiliate, shopping, social-media, scheduling, or other external services. Fig & Fern may record an outbound link interaction when optional analytics is accepted. The destination may use cookies or collect information under its own policies after you leave this website. See the affiliate disclosure for more information.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate project fit, provide requested services, operate and improve the website, understand marketing performance, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations. It may be shared with service providers that support those purposes or when required by law. Fig & Fern does not currently sell personal information for money or enable advertising pixels for cross-site behavioral advertising on this website.
Your choices and Colorado privacy requests
You may decline or withdraw optional analytics using the control above. The site also treats an enabled browser Global Privacy Control signal as a request to keep optional analytics off. Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to opt out of certain processing.
Send requests to [email protected]. Include enough information to identify the request, but do not send sensitive documents by ordinary email. If a request is denied, you may reply to appeal the decision. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
Retention, security, and children
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system is completely secure. This site and its services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the website, vendors, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when that happens. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
